Online vs. Offline Class: According to a recent survey report conducted with students of Indian schools, 69 percent want that even though schools are being reopened in different states across the country, but in the meantime, the current ones are being run online and Hybrid models of both regular physical classes should be adopted by schools. At the same time, these students believe that the new National Education Policy (NEP) implemented across the country is capable of making positive changes in the Indian education system.
According to a report by Hindu Business Line, a survey conducted by Poland-based education technology company Brenly, headquartered in New York, on a total of 3,015 students from various states and schools in India, only 19.8 percent of students believed that due to an epidemic during the year 2020 Academic performance has been affected. At the same time, 12.3 percent of the students admitted that their academic performance has not been affected during this period, while 23.5 percent of the students believe that the current situation has mixed effects on their studies.

55.9 showed confidence in national education policy
According to a Brenley survey, 55.9 percent of students responded positively to the National Education Policy 2020. These students believed that NEP 2020 is capable of making positive changes in the education system of the country. However, 30.9 percent of the students chose not to react to the issue before it was implemented, while 13.2 percent believed that the new policy would not meet the objectives.

‘Online exam challenging’
On the one hand, while a large number of students expressed a desire for a hybrid model for classes offline and online, 45.7 per cent of the students considered online exam to be more challenging. Only 30.5 percent of the students believed that it is similar to the regular exam. At the same time, 23.8 percent expressed their ability to react to anything on the matter.
