In order to improve the results of board examinations and the ranking of teachers, the Board of Secondary Education will include students with less than 75 percent attendance as self-taught students. For this, on February 20, the board will have to give information about students with low attendance to all the schools. If the attendance of the student is less in the school, then he will have to pay the additional fee online. However, state and national level players have been kept out of this rule.

Due to the facilities provided by the government, students in rural areas take admission in schools but do not reach school to study. When students fail in board exams, the result of government schools is low. To avoid this problem, instructions have been issued to inform the board about the attendance of the students in February. Information will be given between January 1 and February 20.

If the student’s attendance during this period is less than 75 percent, then the student will not be eligible to appear in the examination as a regular student. However, this information will be known to him while going to collect the admit card of the examination. If still he wants to take the exam then he will have to pay an additional fee of Rs 150. In this also he will be able to give the exam as a self-study.

The principals of the city’s schools told that to avoid this problem, we keep issuing notices to the students well in advance. By the way, this rule is also correct, students do not reach school, when the result is bad, teachers have to take training, which is not respectable. According to the education department, general promotion was given during the Corona period. Due to this, the result of the board examination was spoiled last year.

If the board is strict then it is possible to get better results
According to the information received from the teachers, last year the board had brought out a question bank. Nothing similar came in the examination. That’s why the result was also affected. DEO Mahendra Kumar Sharma told that during the Corona period all the rules of the board were relaxed in a way. If the board asks for information about the attendance of the students this year, then it can be good, it will give better results. This will not affect the ranking of teachers. Because the self-respecting student will belong to the same school.
