What is the required qualification?

Candidates willing to apply are required to pay Rs.100 as fee through Indian Postal Order and Demand Draft. However, SC/ ST and women candidates are exempted from payment of fee. Applicants age limit should be minimum 18 years and maximum 23 years. However, there is relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category applicants as per rules.
