UP Board 2023: Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (UPMSP) will conduct the board exams in a new format from the current academic year. The final exam for the upcoming year will be conducted in offline mode in March 2023. Before the final, schools have been asked to conduct pre-boards in January and half yearly exams based on the syllabus taught till September.
The pre-boards for class 10 and 12 will be conducted from February 1 to February 15. Based on the results of the half-yearly and pre-board examinations, schools assess the performance of the students and provide extra classes to ensure focused preparation for the final board examinations.

UPMSP said, the exact syllabus details have not been released outside yet. However this year the exam pattern will be different. The question papers will be divided into two parts. First multiple choice question, second subjective question.
How many students will be included in UP Board 2023
58.78 lakh students will appear in the UP Board exam to be held next year. UP Board had given instructions to upload the information of educational details of high school and intermediate students on the website by August 30. Till the stipulated time, 31,28,318 (31,19,372 regular and 8,946 private) in class 10th and 27,50,130 (25,83,433 regular and 1,66,697 private) in class 12th, a total of 58,78,448 applications have been received.
UP Board extended the deadline for 9th, 11th registration
In a relief to lakhs of students, the UP Board has extended the last date for registration of students who have taken admission in class 9th and 11th till September 10.
There is still time for those students who have not been able to register. Students can register online for class 9 and 11 by visiting the board’s website upmsp.edu. For this, school operators can register children online by depositing Rs 50 treasury for each subject.
