JEE Main Result 2022 has been declared by NTA. This result has been released for session 1. Students can now check JEE Mains result from the official website of Joint Entrance Examination, jeemain.nta.nic.in.

How to check JEE Main online result

  • Click on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
  • On the homepage, check the box named Candidate Activity, link to check the result will appear here.
  • Now use credential. Such as registration number, ID and date of birth etc.
  • JEE Main Result 2022 will appear on the screen.
  • Along with downloading it, its printout can also be taken.

Students faced these difficulties during the exam

Students complained of many problems regarding the JEE Main session 1 exam held on June 25. Many students are saying that they have attempted all the questions. But, in the response sheet it is not showing like this but less question attempted are being shown. Over 7 lakh students were estimated to appear for the June session 1 exam.

In the exam conducted by the UGC on July 9, students complained of technical issues at the exam centre. Some candidates took to Twitter to blame the NTA and UGC for the problem.

A Twitter user wrote on his Twitter about National Institute of Technology Calicut Center – “What is happening in UGC NET Exam Dec 21-Jun 22 (Merged Cycle)? Many students could not appear in the exam due to technical error in NIT CALICUT. It’s 2:40 now. The first shift has not been completed. When will the second shift start?”

JEE Main Session 2 to be held from 21st July to 30th July

JEE Main session 2 will be conducted from July 21 to July 30. National Testing Agency has closed the online registration window of Joint Entrance Main Exam (JEE Main 2022) Season 2 on 09 July 2022. NTN had given a chance to the candidates to register for JEE Main Season-2 for the second time. Earlier the last date for online registration was till 30 June 2022.

How the result will be ready after session 2 exam

The combined NTA ranks for both the phases will be released by the NTA after the completion of the second phase of JEE Main. The final cut off will be released on the basis of the same rank. The marks obtained by the candidates will not be used in this. Rank list and cut off marks will be prepared after normalization of percentile scores obtained by NTA students.

JEE Main exam is a national level exam. Through this exam, one can take admission in State Government Engineering Colleges, Private Engineering Colleges and Central Government Engineering Colleges of the country.
