The court has granted bail to Upen Yadav, the state president of Rajasthan Unemployed Unified Federation. On Tuesday, Upen and the unemployed’s lawyer AK Jain had represented them in the district court. After which the court rejected the demand of police custody and granted bail to Upen and his accomplices. In such a situation, Upen and his associates are likely to come out of jail tomorrow.
Ravindra Chaudhary of Rajasthan Unemployment Unified Federation said that the government has completed the dictatorship on the unemployed. But we will not be afraid of the dictatorship of the government. Rather, through votes, the government will answer in the election. He said that unemployed people across the state are asking for jobs. But instead of giving jobs, the government is working to put us in jail. Which the youth of the state will not tolerate under any circumstances.
In fact, Upen Yadav was recently arrested by the police from outside the state Congress headquarters from 84 unemployed. Out of which 75 unemployed were released on bail after a day. But 9 youths including Upen Yadav were arrested again after registering 3 new cases. After this, 9 youths including Upen were presented in the court on Saturday. From where he had to go to jail.
