New Delhi (UPSC NDA Exam, Sarkari Naukri), Every year lakhs of candidates prepare for government jobs. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC Exam) conducts many examinations for government jobs. One of them is NDA Exam. Through this one can become an officer in the army.
UPSC NDA entrance exam is for 370 seats of NDA and 30 seats of NA (Naval Academy). In this, one has to go through written examination, Service Selection Board (SSB) interview and medical test process. Every year 4-5 lakh applications come for this exam but out of them about 400 candidates are selected.

By securing 50 percent marks in NDA / NA examination, one can pass in the written examination. The written exam is of 900 marks. In the year 2019, candidates who got 342 marks in NDA & NA (I) written exam were passed, while in NDA & NA (II) this score was 346. At the same time, the cut off in the year 2020 was 355 marks. Candidates who score around 50 percentile usually get selected.
How to prepare for UPSC NDA exam
1- English is used a lot in this exam. So pay special attention to this. General knowledge is also important in the syllabus.
2- Instead of working hard in this exam, you can be successful with smart study. For this, first focus more on the weak subjects. Plan according to your strong and week sections.
3- Solve previous years papers and mock tests. With this, one can understand the paper pattern as well as time management skills.
4- Students preparing for this exam also need to pay special attention to time management. With this, preparation of all subjects can be done in a better way.
