The Staff Selection Commission has drawn up recruitments for the posts of Head Constable in Delhi Police. The last date for application is June 16, 2022. Interested candidates can fill up their form through online mode at the earliest.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is conducting direct recruitment to 835 posts of Head Constable in Delhi Police. The application process for this recruitment is going on on May 17, the last date of which is June 16, 2022. In this recruitment, 559 posts are of male candidates while a total of 276 posts are reserved for female candidates. The application process for recruitment is in the final stages. Therefore, interested and eligible candidates can submit their candidature by filling up the online form till June 16, the last date of application. While filling the form, candidates should take special care that there is no error of any kind in their form. Though the Commission will be given an opportunity to correct the mistakes in the application form from June 21 to 25, an additional fee will have to be paid for the same. A fee of Rs 200 may have to be paid for correcting the error for the first time and Rs 500 for amending the application for the second time. It is worth mentioning that in this recruitment, the selection of candidates will be done on the basis of written test, computer typing test and physical efficiency test. Examination Pattern

In the written examination of this recruitment, the candidates will be asked General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, General Intelligence, English Language and Computer Based questions which will have 100 questions of 100 marks. Candidates will be given only 90 minutes to solve these questions. In addition, a negative marking of 0.50 marks will also be done on each wrong answer.

Candidates selected for these posts will be paid a minimum salary ranging from a minimum of Rs 25,500 to a maximum of Rs 81,100.
