Punjabi Language 50% Marks Mandatory For Group ‘C’ And ‘D’ Posts Of Punjab Govt

Punjab News: The Punjab government has taken a big decision to promote Punjabi language. The Punjab government has made it mandatory for the candidates applying for the Group ‘C’ and ‘D’ posts of the state government to have at least 50% marks in Punjabi language. This decision of Bhagwant Mann has been taken to promote Punjabi language in the state.

In fact, this decision has been taken by the Chief Minister after a meeting with the officials at his official residence today. The Chief Minister says that the candidates applying for Group C and D posts in the state will have to fulfill the qualification of Punjabi language.

Recruitment begins with 26,454 jobs

After talks in the meeting, it was said that the state government has started recruitment drive for about 26,454 posts in Group C and D category. Earlier, Punjab Public Service Commission had invited applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Planning Officer (PPSC Recruitment 2022). Those candidates who are eligible and willing to apply for these posts of PPSC (PPSC Planning Officer Recruitment 2022) can apply in the prescribed format before the last date. These recruitments have come out under (Punjab Sarkari Naukri) Group A, Department of Town and Country Planning, Government of Punjab.
