BPSSC Bihar Police SI Main Results 2022 Declared: Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has declared the results of Police Sub-Inspector and Sergeant Main Examination. Candidates who appeared in the exam can check the result and merit list of SI & Sergeant Recruitment on the official website bpssc.bih.nic.in.
BPSSC had conducted the main examination for the recruitment of Bihar Police SI and Sergeant on Sunday, April 24, 2022. As per the result notice, a total of 14,856 candidates have cleared the main examination. The merit list consists of the roll numbers of the shortlisted candidates who will now be able to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) in June.
Recruitment to fill 2,213 vacancies
The Bihar Police recruitment drive is being conducted for a total of 2,213 vacancies, out of which Police SI post has 1,998 vacancies and Sergeant post is 198. BPSSC had advertised these posts in August last year and online applications were invited in August and September 2020. The SI and Sergeant Preliminary Examination for this was held on December 26, 2021. At the same time, the result of Bihar Police SI and Sergeant Preliminary Examination was declared on February 2.
