UPSESSB Exam: After eight years, the interview for Principal Recruitment on behalf of the Secondary Education Service Selection Board started from Monday. On the first day, five boards interviewed about seven hundred candidates. A PCS officer from Hamirpur also came to interview the Principal Recruitment. He was asked by a member of the board that why do you want to leave the job of PCS and become the principal. He replied that he is fond of reading and teaching, so he wants to come in this field.

At the same time, a candidate posted on the post of acting principal was asked by the board what work you have done after becoming the principal. He enumerated some of his works related to innovation in the school. Candidates told that the interview of one candidate lasted for about five minutes. Most of the questions from the board were asked related to the subject.

Discussion of many candidates retiring in March
Most of the candidates who appeared in the interview of Principal Recruitment starting from Monday knew each other in advance. Therefore, after leaving the interview, they were discussing among themselves that many candidates would retire in March this year.

3824 contenders for 632 posts
3824 candidates have been called for interview for 632 posts. According to five applicants in the order of merit for each school and two teachers of the respective school, 4424 candidates should appear in the interview. But the list of 1264 senior-most teachers could not be found from the schools against 632 posts. The selection board has received information of only 664 senior most teachers from the districts. That’s why the number of candidates has come down to 600.
