- Qualifications: Candidates who have completed the degree with minimum qualification can apply for the respective posts. In addition, preference should be given to education. Must have passed any Post Graduation Degree / Diploma in Management in Banking / Sales / Marketing / Credit / Finance from a recognized university or educational institution.
Additional qualifications post-wise
- Zonal Sales Manager: Candidates who want to apply for these posts should be between 32–48 years of age. Also 12 years of working experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
- Regional Sales Manager: Applicants for these posts must be between the ages of 28–45. They must also have 8 years of work experience in the relevant field.
- Assistant Vice President: Applicants for jobs in this category must be between the ages of 28–40. Experience of 8 years working in the relevant field is mandatory for them.
- Senior Manager: Applicants for the posts in this category must be between 25–37 years of age. Must have 5 years of work experience in the relevant field.
- Selection Process: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the applications received. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed and selected for jobs in the respective departments. Apart from this the bank can also follow other selection policies.
Wages: Salaries are based on candidates’ qualifications, experience, final salary, and professional competencies.
Candidates are currently recruited on contract basis for a period of 5 years. It is possible to extend the contract with seasonal performance.
