JPSC Result 2021: Jharkhand High Court has canceled the merit list of 6th Jharkhand Public Service Commission. The High Court has ordered to prepare a new merit list for Jharkhand Public Service Commission in 8 weeks. Let us inform that many petitions were filed in the High Court to cancel and declare the final result of 6th Jharkhand Public Service Commission as invalid. Taking an important decision in this matter today i.e. on June 7, 2021, the Jharkhand High Court has ordered the state government to take action against the officials who made mistakes in the results.
During the hearing, it was argued on behalf of the applicants that the qualifying marks of Paper 1 of 6th JPSC exam has been added to the total score. Whereas, as per the conditions, candidates were required to bring only qualifying marks in Paper 1 and it was not to be added to the total score. Because of which the candidates who got more marks could not get selected so the final result should be rejected. At the same time, in some petitions, the matter of not allotting the candidates cadre wise has also come to the fore.
Jharkhand Public Service Commission will now release a new merit list on the basis of new marks for the candidates who have appeared in the 6th JPSC exam. According to the Jharkhand High Court, now only those who get minimum marks in five other papers will be declared pass. For more updates candidates check the official website of JPSC.
