AICTE Entrance Exam Result: The Allahabad High Court has directed to declare the result after completing the examination process in two months for admission to the AICTE course. The court said that the entire proceedings should be completed by March 29 to ensure the future of the students.
This order has been given by Justice Arvind Kumar Mishra while disposing of the petition of Arvind Kumar Gautam and two others. The court said that if any complaint remains, the petitioner can raise his issue in the appropriate forum.
The petitioner said that due to the interim order of Delhi High Court, the private bidder is being entrusted with the responsibility to complete the examination process of 24 lakh youth of the country. Those who succeed in this examination will be entitled to apply for admission to AICTE. It is likely to take more than three months to complete the examination process, which will cause damage to the students including the petitioners, so instructions should be given to complete the process soon. The court has ordered the opposition to declare the results by putting them on a war footing and complete the examination process in two months.
