All India Bar Exam-XV: Around 1,20,000 Advocates are going to appear in All India Bar Exam (AIBE) -XV (15) to be conducted by Bar Council of India (Bar Council of India, BCI). Proposed on January. The exam will be conducted at 154 centers in 52 cities. However, this exam has been postponed several times due to Kovid-19. Earlier this exam was to be held in March 21 of the last year i.e. 2020 The examination was postponed in view of the increasing infection and epidemic, but now the Bar Council of India has made it clear that the examination will be done according to its schedule.

During the last examination, around 9 centers were canceled due to improper activities. This time the candidates who took the exam at such centers have mostly been shifted to other centers. At the same time, no fee has been charged from these candidates. Explain that the use of mobile phones, electronic gadgets will not be allowed during the exam. However, as an additional measure, signal jammers will also be used at around 50 centers to ensure that no one nearby is able to use a phone or gadget.

The BCI said in a statement that the lockdown period will not be included in the two-year period fixed for the examination. This means that the period from 24 March 2020 to 31 March 2021 will be considered as a grace period and the period will have to be removed and passed the examination within the prescribed two-year period. Explain that AIBE is a national level examination conducted by BCI to test whether provisionally nominated Advocates or Law Graduates have the qualification to practice law.
