New Delhi, Online Desk. DU Result 2020: University of Delhi has informed about the announcement of results for various Graduate and Post Graduate Courses examinations for the academic session 2019-20 on 30 November 2020. The university gave this information in the Delhi High Court today, during the hearing of a related case on 24 November 2020. High Court judges Justice Hima Kohli and Justice S. Advocate Mohinder Rupal, appearing for Prasad’s bench, informed the bench that the pending results of UG and PG would be released by the end of this month.
This information was given by DU in response to an application filed in the High Court stating that the university has violated the earlier order of the court to declare the results by 31 October. The petitioner, through advocate HS Hora, submitted that DU had violated his undertaking in the October 12 order asking DU to release the results of UG and PG courses by 31 October 2020.
Explain that on 12 October 2020, the University was ordered by the Delhi High Court bench to immediately evaluate the open book examinations of all the courses and make the results available on the official website. The court said in its order that the students’ marksheets should be made available online and they should not have to go to the university themselves and take the marksheet.
On the other hand, due to the delay in declaring the results of various courses examinations by Delhi University, many students who want to get admission in other institutes for further studies are not able to apply. .
