du open book exam: du open book exam: no result even after taking exam, university told many students

Delhi University OBE Result 2020: Now a new controversy has arisen regarding the Delhi University Open Book Examination. Due to Kovid-19, this time the university took the semester exam for various courses on the open book pattern on online mode. Students took the online exam from their own homes or convenient places and submitted papers.

Recently the result of this examination was released. Since then, many complaints of students are reaching the university. Many students say that in the papers in which they have appeared, given the exam, submitted the sheets, they have been declared absent. In the result, they have been given 0 marks by writing an abessant in front of their names.

A student of Geography Honors of Kirori Mal College said that ‘On August 11, I took the examination of Political Geography. My answer sheet was unable to be uploaded on the portal, so I e-mailed it. Confirmation email was also received from the examination department. But now in the result I have been told about that subject.

He said that ‘I have sent a complaint on all the email IDs of the university, college and department, but no confirmation has come. I have applied for PG course in JNU. If DU results do not improve quickly, the career will be affected.

This paranoia is coming with many students from Economics, Maths, Geography Philosophy and BSC programs.

What did DU say
Ashutosh Kumar, the exam nodal officer of the College of Vocational Studies, says that such emails have been received from students of all departments. About 50 such emails have been received so far. 20% of them say that their results are not found on the portal. While 80 percent of the complainants are complaining about the mark.
