CBSE Exam 2020, NEET, JEE Main Updates: CBSE today informed the apex court that it has decided to cancel the examinations to be held from 1st July to 15th July. Apart from this, the board also stated that the remaining papers of 10th class have been completely canceled. Whereas for 12th standard students, the examination has been made optional. The complete information about it is as follows.
No exam from 1st July to 15th July:
CBSE has made it clear in the apex court that there will be no examination from 1st July to 15th July. This decision has been taken in view of the increasing cases of COVID-19.
CBSE 10th remaining papers cancell:
CBSE informed the apex court that in view of the challenges and risks of COVID-19, it has been decided to completely cancel the Class 10 exams. CBSE 10th result will be announced on the basis of internal assessment. Students can expect results by 15 July 2020.
Option for CBSE 12th exams:
Apart from this, CBSE said that these exams will be optional, regarding the remaining papers of 12th class. These exams will be conducted by the board when the conditions are favorable for the examination. However, students will have the option of whether or not to sit in this exam. Students who do not want to appear in these exams will be evaluated according to previous examinations.
Changes in the dates of JEE Main 2020 and NEET 2020:
After the cancellation of the remaining papers of CBSE Board Exams 2020, experts are assuming that there may be a change in the examination schedule of JEE Main 2020 and NEET 2020. These exams can be postpone.
